Prudential Tea Brokers (EA) Limited was established in 1993 as a limited liability Company registered under the Company’s Act, Cap 486, Laws of Kenya.
The Company’s sole activity since inception is that of a Tea Broker at the Mombasa Tea Auctions in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the East African Tea Trade Association.

We are currently marketing, through the Mombasa Tea Auction, teas from Kenya and Uganda, as well as some teas from other countries in East and Central Africa.

Prudential Tea Brokers has a committed, well trained management team which has many years of experience in the Tea Industry covering tea production, tea buying and tea broking fields. Additionally, our Finance department is staffed with qualified and experienced Accountants.

Mr. Maina is in charge of daily operations and Management of the Company. Mr. Maina joined the Tea Industry in 1986 and carries with him vast experience.
Humphrey KinyuaSenior Tea Executive
Mr. Kinyua joined the Tea Industry in 1993. Before joining Prudential, he worked in several KTDA factories rising to the position of Assistant Factory Manager.
